Payments: 180 days no payments, no interest; followed by interest-only payments until payoff.
Return: 100% of principal paid back at maturity/payoff.
Total Payoff: Principal + 100% Return - Any interest paid. (100% Total Return at 24 months)
Catalyst Offering
Description: A catalyst is something that causes or accelerates a change. This investment will be the key factor in rapid growth, allowing us to accelerate our development timeline for new AI plugins and expand our sales and marketing efforts into new industries. This is for the partner who wants to see us reach our full potential in record time.
Investment Range: $50,000 - $300,000

Maturity Date: 24 months
Interest Rate: 10% APR
Payments: 180 days no payments, no interest; followed by interest-only payments until payoff.
